However, they now look at your win/loss tally against the teams with the same record. Boisvert & Tippin were 1-2 (a losing record) versus Lavoie and Girard who had 2-1 records! Fair game imho! As long as teams know this going in there is no argument. jaypekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10680916900492367576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2391028863667740203.post-44476064236032289222020-01-27T20:49:28.385-05:002020-01-27T20:49:28.385-05:00I had read the name of the men's qualifier in ...I had read the name of the men's qualifier in Quebec and wondered where you were. :) I'll be watching for this new young team.

The women's provincials here in Saskatchewan are currently on-going. Instead of a round robin, they've gone to a three game guaranteed format. There were 12 teams when play started on Friday, tonight we're down to 4. The semi and final will be held tomorrow. I'm not if the men's format will be the same - it starts after the women's is completed.

I agree on the increased access to televised curling and the commentary. I know as a non-participant I've learned a lot about curling from watching. I'm sure it means even more to those who actually play.

Sorry you won't be at the Brier this year. Enjoy your games for the rest of the season...even if they don't mean a whole lot.Maebemehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09706540456819503068noreply@blogger.com
